Task Manager 1.0 was downloaded & scanned by our team, against different types of malwares (like viruses, spyware, trojans, backdoors and others) and found CLEAN.
Office management and employees follow up can be frustrating in a busy work environment. Having emails back and forth between staff members does not always guarantee proper communication especially when the mail servers are down. We have developed the Task Manager to take care of all these day to day tasks and instructions which the administrator needs to assign to his staff members and make sure they receive it and implement it in a timely manner. The Task Manager works using your local area network. Each user login to the system using their name and access code and can then view all the tasks which the administrator have assigned to them. The administrator can track down the access log at any time, and have the privilege to check the pending and complete task for each user. A very unique, smart and secure software which will help you to organize your day to day tasks and communication between you and your staff members. The system refreshes it self every 3 minutes, so none of the users will miss any message. Very useful reports are included. Best of all, you will not need to hear the phrase ?Sorry, I did not get your email?.
