Step 3: QuickPlanner Plus kicks out your first draft of the Strategic Plan! Now grab a pen, sit down and follow the QuickPlanner Plus suggestions for refining the plan.
Step 4: Make your corrections and start implementing your strategic plan.
The simplicity of the QPP system allows the user to export the finished plan into multiple types of editing software for further use in presentations or plan execution.
The QPP system uses age-old planning techniques put together in a unique method based on research and direct experience guiding the user through the development of key planning elements including Objectives, Mission, Strategies, Programs, Metrics, and Vision.
A full User's Guide provides complete understanding on each part of the QPP process and guides the user through each step of plan development and creation.
